Some of them were getting 100+ likes on their FB posts but making virtually ZERO money from their online business when I spoke with them.

The goal of your online business is NOT to get likes and comments on your posts and followers on your social media!

Stop and think for a moment... then ask this question to your subconscious mind, you can also take out a notepad and pen and write down your answers…

“Out of all the activities you do on a daily basis to grow your business…

What are the 4% of Key Performance Activities that bring in the most PROFITS?”

Once written down on paper…  do more of those activities every single day and you’ll double, triple or even quadruple your revenue.

Everything else should be outsourced as you grow your business!

When I look back and analyse this specific campaign, I would say the number 1 reason why I was able make 6-figures with organic traffic was my ability to block out shiny object syndrome opportunities...

...and FOCUS 100% on the ACTIONS day in and day out even on the days when results did not come in.

ENERGY + FOCUS + ACTION + CONSISTENCY = MOMENTUM!

Too many people in this industry have such short-term thinking and their focus is absolutely all over the f%&king place.

If they don't get results that they desire within 1-3 months they quit and lose all the momentum they have built up.

Imagine going to college / university and saying…

When I first started this campaign, I had my brother and my cousin helping me with appointment setting, direct outreach and some other jobs.

I am very grateful for their help, however both of them had to stop work half way through the campaign for personal reasons.  

My cousin & his girlfriend had a baby and my brother had to go back to university. This left me a bit stuck!

What I should have done was hire a properly trained virtual assistant to help with organic lead generation + content marketing...

...and a properly trained appointment setter with the skills needed for the jobs... because I had to train my cousin and my brother which took my time away from focusing on...

When money was exchanged for the VALUE & RESULTS I provide… they were INVESTING IN THEMSELVES!

These were the main 4 tasks I focused on to scale to $100K and I tried to block out everything else!

Successful, wealthy people work on high-leverage activities — and when you multiply this with TIME & CONSISTENCY, you get…

AMAZING… RADICAL TRANSFORMATIONAL RESULTS!

Another lesson / insight I learned after GROWING to $100,000 in sales from FREE TRAFFIC is that every one of your leads, customers, and clients has different micro-problems, goals, dreams, and desires!

Now, although the main BIG PROBLEM & the END-RESULT is usually the same... provided you have dialed in your offer and you are targeting the right traffic—

...each client is unique and on a different stage of the L / C.V.J…

(LEAD / CUSTOMER VALUE JOURNEY)…

… moving towards the end-result.

There is a concept called INITIAL CONDITIONS!

Initial conditions, in relation to the expert high-ticket business / coaching / consulting / course creation space, basically mean two people can have access to the same coaching program...

... with the same course material, help, guidance, and support from an expert... but person #1 gets no results, while person #2 becomes a millionaire!

Why is that?

It’s due to the initial conditions of the individual taking the program!

Person #1 may be starting from zero, with no skills in relation to marketing, sales, booking appointments, offer creation, driving traffic, etc.

They may have massive limiting beliefs and subconscious blockages around what can be achieved, with a broke mindset from working in the matrix of the 9-5 rat race!

(Be very careful letting these kinds of people who have a bad attitude into your program—

...a small % of people can be an absolute nightmare to work with, especially if you are working with complete beginners.

This is why nowadays... we have a strict application process in place to work with us, known as a funnel filter!

And it has to be right fit for both the client and myself because I do not tolerate idiots, excuse makers, whiners and lazy people who think they can become rich by working 1-2 hours per day.

We do this by getting the lead/prospect to book a call & qualify to work with us - not the other way around like most program... because we do not let anyone with a bad attitude into our programs.)

While person #2 has completely different initial conditions—maybe they already have results, understand the core principles of marketing and sales...

...+ have a small audience built and have worked on their mindset for a year or two!

They have positive beliefs around making money or getting the end-result your offer can help them achieve!

Do you see how these initial conditions in this example are completely different, even they both have access to the same coaching program / knowledge in this hypothetical example?

Throughout the client journey towards the end-result, there are specific action steps / milestones the customer / client needs to complete in sequential order to achieve the end-result.

This is why inside my coaching program, we have SIMPLE, specific action steps to take before moving on to the next module!

To be fully transparent with you... the 1% of clients who rushed through the training without properly understanding the core, fundamental principles of what I teach on a deep internal level...

...didn't complete the action steps properly and ended up not taking consistent action—so they got little to no results!

I wish I could wave a magic wand and make every client successful, but that’s simply not possible.

There isn’t a single coaching program on planet Earth that has a 100% success rate—and it’s because of the concept known as initial conditions of the individual taking the coaching program!

Not everyone is going to be your raving fan, but that’s okay, if you try your best and help your clients get results you can go to sleep at night feeling content and confident that what you are doing in relation to your offer is helping people!

The more RESULTS and PROOF you can share with your subscribers / targeted audience the easier it will be for you to sell your M.D.I.O! (Offer)

Leverage social proof in your marketing if you have it, as its one of the 6 psychological triggers of influence and as soon as you've helped your clients get a result get them to shoot a video testimonial for you.

As soon as you have 5-7 solid testimonials you can scale your offer fast!

You'll also want to screenshot results and social media DM conversations of your customers saying good things about you + offer and use that in your marketing / sales funnel.

When you do this correctly it creates an asymmetric leverage point within your sales funnel causing an increase in buyers & profits!

One of the main reasons I was able to hit $100K in sales in rapid time was because I leverage something called ABS, which I learnt from one of my multi-million-dollar mentors.

ABS stands for ALWAYS BE SELLING!

When you have an M.D.I.O (Irresistible Offer) you are literally able to change people’s lives for MONEY & get f%$king RICH by doing so!

So, why the heck wouldn’t you sell it?

The only reason you feel like sh*t selling is because your offer probably sucks!

When you educate yourself by learning from people who are 10-30+ years ahead of you in business and life it shifts your BELIEFS in terms of whats possible & EMPOWERS you providing you take action.

Action is the key to the ultimate manifestation of your desires.

Knowledge is only power when it is put into action.

Stop wasting your precious time trying to figure everything out on your own.

It litterally is impossible to build a 7-Figure business without the right education... and if you think you do this on your own by only learning directly from AI.

Think again... because it just gives you surface level knowledge.
