The first step to hit $10,000 per month is to research and choose a niche with a strong demand for products or services you can offer for a premium price.

There should be enough customers willing to pay a premium for the irresistible offer you are selling.

One way to determine this, is by asking the following question...

Once you have determined your niche, the next step is to create a...

Minimum Viable Product Offer.

This should take no longer than 7 days.

This can be in the form of coaching or consulting, with some type of content, material, or resources that clients can access.

The key here is to SELL, BEFORE YOU BUILD!

Figure out what the market wants and give it to them!

When I first sold my first coaching offer many, many years ago... I had absolutely NOTHING to give to the client in terms of material/content, except my 1:1 TIME, so I sold that!

Its only after years of experience that I created a course, when I had FEEDBACK & DATA from the BUYERS in the niche market.

Once you have tested and proven that the offer sells, you can build out your M.D.I.O (Million-Dollar Irresistible Offer) to scale to $100K+ per month and beyond.

One big mistake I see people making in this industry is creating a full, in-depth course or coaching program curriculum, without first having sold a consulting offer or have spoken on the phone and over the DMs with your market .

🛑 DO NOT DO THIS!

You have no idea what your market wants untill they've told you what they want and are willing to pay money for!

Offer creation is SKILL and it's starts with selling first, testing, iterating, and refining based on truth-based statistical data from your market, customers, and clients—so you can make the offer the best in your space as time elapses!

This step is optional to reach $10,000 per month but not necessary.

Step 3 is more important for going from $10K per month to $100K per month!

However, if you want to improve your sales conversions, having high-value content pieces will help you reach $10K per month faster—if you follow the rest of the action steps.

You’ll attract potential customers with valuable content related to your niche’s biggest problems & tailoring your content towards their biggest desires.

This could be in the form of blog posts, videos, webinars, e-books, mini-courses, info-graphics, or social media content that educates, entertains, and helps people in your target market solve their problems using the WOW, Not HOW method!

The content assets must also pre-sell by advancing the sale.

Strategic value-based content assets are split into two buckets:

The first bucket is =

• “BEFORE STRATEGY CALL CONTENT ASSETS ” that position you as an authority expert to increase call applications & DM conversations & show up rate %.

The second bucket =

• “AFTER STRATEGY CALL CONTENT ASSETS" that provides value and engages + converts interested prospects who are on the fence about buying your offer.

If you're just starting out, create 3 strategic value-content pieces around the 3 biggest problems your target market is facing that are stopping them from achieving the end-result they desire.

As you advance past $10K per month, you can stack your content assets, and over time, you'll have a specific, valuable content piece that applies the WOW, Not HOW method...

...that is directly linked to each of the problems your core client avatar is experiencing. This will allow you to create your content asset ECO-SYSTEM!

This positions you as an authority and a trusted advisor.

Causing your audience (email list leads + social media list leads) to know you, like you and trust you.

This is exactly how I was able to ATTRACT a £102M expert entrepreneur, featured on FORBES... who built a telecom recruitment business to $65,000,000 in 6 six years... into my C.A.L.V.O funnel and have him reach out to me for strategic help.

Your traffic, leads, and prospects then view you as someone who can truly help them, because you understand their problems and solutions better than they do themselves.

When this happens you have created something called UNCONSCIOUS TRUST PHENOMENON, making it way easier to convert leads into high-ticket buyers that invest big money!

This approach opens up the gateway to making a high-ticket sale because real trust has been built before any monetary transaction has taken place, via sharing AMAZING VALUE & giving your potential clients EVERYTHING they need to make an INFORMED BUYING DECISION... when you get to speak with them on the phone or over the DMs.

Moving onto...

Step #4 involves exploring various marketing channels to reach your target audience.

This could include social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, as well as cold outreach email marketing.

You can also start a YouTube Channel, sharing valuable content to get leads.

VERY IMPORTANT - Pick ONE marketing channel and focus solely on that channel to start with.

BECOME AN ABSOLUTE JEDI-MASTER OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM!

Each platform is different. When I made my first $100k including PP's by selling my coaching, I solely focused on Facebook, using nothing but my FB profile, DM inbox and email marketing follow up.

After you have completed Action Steps 1–3…

90% of your time during the working day should be focused on Action Step #4 by doing 1:1 cold outreach messaging, and Action Step #5 by conducting 1:1 sales strategy calls!

You need to send consistent direct messages each day to potential clients in your targeted niche market with absolute zero shame. You need to be excited to reach out to new people and let them know about the amazing value that you provide.

Inside module #5 of my C.A.A curriculum I give you the time-tested D.A.O Prospecting Method scripts to turn ice cold leads into booked calls and DM conversations with prospects that are genuinely interested in what you have to offer!

If you complete Action Steps 1–3 by picking targeted niche with buyers that are willing to invest high-ticket money, crafting your irresistible offer, and creating value-based content assets to help book qualified appointments and advance the sale...

...then spend 90% of your time doing direct outreach messaging and conducting non-pressure sales strategy calls to sell your offer... it becomes very difficult not to make $10,000 per month, provided you are charging a high-ticket price.

This is all you need to focus on to hit $10,000 per month consistently.

Everything else is pretty much a complete waste of time until you scale to higher revenue levels!

If you are consistent with direct outreach messaging, using social media or cold email, you will start booking consistent sales calls on your calendar...

...providing you understand the RESPONSE STIMULI that your niche core client avatar emotionally responds to. (I teach exactly how to figure this out in detail inside module #7 of my C.A.A course - Neuro-Science Copywriting Blueprint! Ethical Influence & Persuasion!)

Then all you have to do is follow the Million-Dollar Sales Script inside Module #4 of C.A.A, by having non-pressure friendly conversations...

The script has been responsible for $100M+ in collective revenue for me and my mentors combined, by converting ice cold potential clients who have money to invest & that are serious... into high-ticket clients.

This allows you to work with serious clients who take action and get results— which starts the ignition key for the C.A.L.V.O. Flywheel Effect to take off into the stratosphere of PROFIT SPACE! 💰 🚀 😊

When you get clients paying you money for your offer, provide exceptional value + customer service to build trust and loyalty.

It's your duty to Go ABOVE & BEYOND for your clients!

Respond fast to inquiries & questions, resolve issues efficiently, and go the extra f%&king mile to create a positive customer/client experience.

Your goal MUST be to HELP YOUR CLIENTS GET RESULTS!

Remember: Reaching $10,000 per month takes time and effort if you’re starting with no offer set up @ $0... with no audience built!
