I wish I had known this when I first started online because I would have been far more productive and achieved faster results!

If I Could Have One Superpower, It Would Be To FOCUS For Longer!

Focus is the key attribute to achieving all your goals and dreams.

Over the years, I have experimented with different focus techniques.

The main one that works well—but is a little bit unorthodox... is as follows:

1️⃣ Get a stopwatch and light a candle in a dark room.

2️⃣ Your job is to focus all your energy of attention on the candle flame without taking your eyes off it.

3️⃣ Time yourself and see how long you can maintain your focus. When you take your eye off it and stop the watch and see your time.

This will give you a good indication of how strong your focus is!

My personal best is over 1 hour. LOL!

After 20–30 minutes, you’ll enter a meditative state, where you can connect with your true spiritual self.

This took me years of practice!

The key is to develop a habit of working in focused blocks of time on tasks that create big results... without distractions.

In my business, I use the 60/10-20 Productivity Formula (we’ll cover this in the next section of this training).

When I first started online, my focus was all over the place—like a 3-year-old child. LOL!

I was doing:

✅ Affiliate Marketing

✅ eCommerce

✅ Network Marketing

✅ SEO

✅ Article Writing

✅ Video Marketing

...all at the same time! And my results? They sucked.

I made ZERO DOLLARS in my first 12 months online.

But thank God I kept persisting!

Now, I use a special decision-making process to pick the best opportunity for growth... based on a mathematical formula.

Productivity Hack #2: Track Your Sleep, Get 8 Hours & Monitor Your Productive Hours!

In my daily planner, I track my sleep. If I get less than 8 hours, I’ve noticed that I’m far less productive.

Some days, I'm super productive and work long hours; other days, I'm more relaxed. At the end of the day, I’m human—just like you! :)

There’s nothing special about me except that I persist in the face of adversity.

In fact, I’m as stubborn as a 14 yr old high school girl when it comes to achieving my goals! LOL!

If there’s a problem, I solve it—fast.

🧠 Nothing has meaning except the meaning we give it.

👀 PERCEPTION = REALITY.

I also track:

✅ How many productive hours I spend working on the ONE BIG THING for the day.

✅ My H.I.P.A (High-Income Producing Activities).

Most people, when working, are actually doing “busy work” instead of “productive work.”

If someone works 8 hours per day, they likely only spend 1-2 hours doing deep, productive work—unless they actively improve their focus.

📊 Start tracking your sleep and your productive hours. At the end of each day, rate yourself out of 100 in terms of how productive you were.

📅 I also try to journal daily! At the end of every 90 days, I will load all my journal notes into Chat GPT which gives me a summary of the key points.

I'll then write a 90 day review—noting down what I did well and what I can improve, by asking 4 specific questions, that I share inside module #3 of my Client Acquisition Accelerator curriculum!

Productivity Hack #3: Apply The 60/10-20 Productivity Formula

This is a concept we touched on earlier in the FOCUS section of this training.

How It Works:

📱 Open the clock/timer app on your phone.

⏳ Work for 60 minutes with ZERO distractions on your ONE BIG TASK.

💨 Take a 10–20 minute break in between work sets.

During your break, do something completely different away from your laptop... like having a coffee, going for a short walk, or meditating.

💪 It’s similar to how a gym freak works in reps and sets!

Daily Work Structure Using 60/10 Method:

✅ 3 sets of 60/10 minutes before lunch.

✅ 45 min – 1-hour lunch break.

✅ 3 more sets after lunch.

✅ Dinner break.

✅ If you’re an entrepreneur beast, you can do 2–3 more 60/10-20 sets after dinner!

The more you work on your business the bigger and faster results you'll get!

Apply this for 1, 3, or 5 years... and your productivity and results will 100X!

[SECRET MILLIONAIRE'S TIP]

When I need to do deep, productive work—such as creating a new product offer or a V.S.L / webinar funnel... I follow this high-performance schedule:

⏳ Go to bed early (8PM).

⏰ Wake up at 4AM.

🧘 Do FAST-TRACK morning mindset work & 6-P meditation.

🎧 Listen to binaural beats (scientifically proven to enhance focus).

💻 Start work at 5:00AM.

By the time 9 AM rolls around, I’ve already done more productive work than most people do in an entire 9–5 workday—because everyone else is still asleep!

☕ Oh, and I always take a morning coffee break and aim to watch the sunrise, while EXPRESSING GRATITIUDE for this beautuful gift we call life! 🙂

Recently I listened to the audio book called FLOW!

In the book it talks about how the great athletes of the world don't think when they are playing their sport at their best.

They all enter the FLOW STATE!

This can be applied to business as well.

The flow state is a mental state in which you are pulled forward by big goals while still feeling happy and present in the moment.

FLOW is when your FOCUS and ENERGY are fully in the PRESENT MOMENT.

📌 FOCUS + ENERGY + PRESENT MOMENT = FLOW!

When you’re in flow, you operate from your BEING / IDENTITY LEVEL... which we’ll discuss further in the next lesson.

This is where you can literally switch into AUTOMATIC MODE, where actions and awareness become one—also known as autotelic consciousness or robotic consciousness.

It has taken me years of practice through meditation and breathwork to consistently enter this state, but once you do, it’s incredibly powerful.

This is when you begin creating your model of reality, which is usually shaped by your parents, environment, and the educational system!

If you come from a poor to middle-class working family like me, you must rewire yourself at the being/identity level if you want to create wealth!

I am a completely different person compared to the version of me 10 years ago.

I grew up in a poor family on a rough council estate (government housing) in the UK… My parents divorced when I was 6 years old.

Life was tough growing up. Money was scarce. I’ve seen and been involved in a lot of awful situations between the ages of 12 – 23.

One of my good friends died from taking heroin and legal highs.

I got sucked into a life of drinking with my old friends until I was absolutely paralytic.

Life sucked back then, and I made a lot of mistakes while growing up...

...but I learned many important life lessons that have helped shape me into the person I am today!

Thankfully, I found my passion and became a professional footballer.

Without pro football I really don’t know where my life would have ended up.

Probably dead or in jail like many of the kids I grew up with on the council estate with in UK or as you call it in the U.S… The projects!

Identity shifting has changed my life!

Each day you have around 70,000 thoughts, but you're only aware of 1% of them, with majority of those thoughts being recycled from the previous day.

The subconscious can only accept and will manifest whatever you feed it via FREE WILL!
